App gave wrong opening times for restaurants and I ended up ordering food way before they even opened. Customer service just replied saying that in their system the restaurant opens at X o'clock and that was that. I sent them a link to the official restaurant website showing their system has the wrong times and got no reply. So don't trust their opening times, or you'll end up waiting 2/3+ hours for your food like I did.

App glitches and service is appalling. I waited 90 minutes for something you said would be delivered in 40, got no update from you, and couldn't even contact anyone or cancel my order. All I got was a bot that kept giving the same useless replies. When the order finally arrived, not only were two items missing, the drink was spilt. Yet apart from the very basic refund for the missing items, you've refused to offer any restitution for the awful experience — no refund, apology or voucher. Gross.

Decided to delete this app after I saw that it automatically generates AI images for restaurants. This greatly misrepresents good restaurants, coming across as cheap, and does not show the actual food I'm ordering. I get to see a completely different dish, which the restaurant does not actually serve. I'm tired. It's food. If there's an image, I expect it to be the food they make. Guess I'll just go out more and order my food in person. Could use touching more grass.
