I'm very generous with my 3 star rating. Please fix the age options. Like how on earth is adult 12+ for you? All train options (in France particularly) on this app are more expensive than on any other reserve app like SNCF Connect and Trainline because of that, which forces me to book for trains on these other apps. It's 3 stars because reserving here is no issue. But just that the age and the higher prices need to be fixed. (Not a really good path if you're competing with other reserve apps)

Hello, thank you for providing your valuable feedback. We will modify the term adult for the category of "12+" people it was clumsy on our part. Regarding the prices, Kombo charges a fee on most tickets, as do all platforms (from Blablacar to Deliveroo and Airbnb), that's the price of quality service but we understand it's not everyone's priority.

we booked tickets from cologne to Bordeaux with this app. the only good thing in the app is that we see the departure times but that is it. The tickets come via E-Mail and you need several pdf files and the app has no real value. Also i had the impression that we booked a 4 person private cabin but it was only for one train of your four train rides and definitely the app made it look different it was (deliberately or by accident) showing us that we booked a cabin for all rides.
