LiteTMS Mobile connects drivers with the transport office. Check your assigned transport orders, read loading and delivery instructions, and send updates and document photos from your phone.
The app is for companies using LiteTMS, a transport management system (TMS) for road carriers and freight forwarders. Your company provides access.
Your work as a driver
Know what comes next
View assigned orders, stop addresses, time windows and instructions. Report progress at loading and unloading points, complete assigned tasks, and add photos or signatures when a task calls for them.
Get documents to the office
Photograph and upload CMR consignment notes, proof of delivery (POD) and other order documents. Open the files your company has shared with you, including driver, vehicle and trailer documents.
Keep the conversation with the job
Chat with the office, send attachments or record a voice message. Use message translation and voice transcripts when available. Receive notifications about orders, chat and company news when enabled.
Find your next stop
View stops on the map and follow routes with in-app navigation. Download country maps in advance to view covered areas when the connection drops. Calculating a new route requires internet access.
Handle the details of the trip
Select your current vehicle and trailer. Where your company has enabled the relevant modules, record pallet exchanges and complete vehicle handover or inspection forms. A company-enabled translator also helps drivers communicate using text or recorded speech; new translations require internet access.
For the office
Office users can look up the orders they have access to (read-only, with search and filters), chat with drivers and with colleagues in team rooms, and read company news. Orders are planned and changed in the LiteTMS web system.
Before you start
How do I sign in?
Ask your company for its LiteTMS address prefix and your PIN. Access is managed by your company; there is no public account registration in the app. Available features depend on your role, company settings and enabled modules.
What happens if I lose connection?
Previously cached content remains available, and supported updates wait on your phone for synchronization. An internet connection is needed for current data and for the office to receive your changes. Vehicle handover and inspection forms require a connection to submit.
Does the app use location?
Updates you send can include your location. Optional GPS tracking can send your selected vehicle's position to the office, including in the background, when you enable it and the required permissions and company settings allow it.
Ask your transport office for access and keep your next job's details close at hand.
