I put in my flight information and it keeps telling me no confirmed booking even though I have my flight confirmation via email and the money has been taken from my credit card. It's impossible to get through on the phone, just some annoying robot that gives you many different options none of which relate to my problem. !!!!

I paid for a roomier seat, and it was tighter than the regular seat that my friend had. EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE FLIGHT from Montreal to Malaga. Seven hours, and i could barely lean back. They had individual screens on the back of seats but no movies or shows to watch, or music or anything audible to play actually. but they still tried to sell headsets to passengers. (??) I am considering canceling my return flight to rebook with another airline.

App keeps failing every time I try to add my trip — throws an error. The website works perfectly for the same thing, so clearly it's not on my end. Fix your app, it's useless as is.
