I have used this app for many years and liked it, but sometime in the last few months, the predictions have gotten awful. The context stuff bothers me less, but it's suggesting misspelled words and gibberish the majority of the time. I used to be able to check spellings via the predictions, but now I have to look up words like it's twenty years ago. Technology is supposed to get better, not worse. If it doesn't improve soon, I'm ditching it.

Feels like there are many words, notably names and newer slang words, that it doesn't recognize and attempts to autocorrect, a problem which GBoard doesn't suffer as much from. Also, it doesn't correct some typos, and even suggests typos when I'm typing correctly. For example, I keep accidentally pressing the "0" instead of the "P", so whenever I type something with a "P", it suggests an incorrect word with a "0". It doesn't understand grammar, recommending incorrect conjugations.

EDIT; Reducing to 1 star. I was right about the trajectory; ORIGINAL:This used to be a five star app with an uncanny ability to predict what I wanted to type. Now, it fights with me all the time, insisting on correcting properly-typed text into actual gibberish even when I am repeating a phrase it should have learned via personalization. I can't find anything better at prediction or that has arrow keys, so I am sticking with this for now, but I really don't like this app's current trajectory.
