The app gives good historical data, even though it does not match the consumption measured by the energy company. More important, it should give an alarm of sorts when your system is down, I have had a lot of faults in my system and no alert message from the app. This is not difficult to include in the app and one can wonder why Solar Edge does not include this. It would save money for their customers, so why Solar Edge?

I thought the app was proving pretty useful, but most of what I see here is not offered in the app we are using and I have auto upgrades on. My biggest complaint with the app is that every time I want to check my inverter I have to physically go outside and scan the code; why doesn't it keep the information? Also, it would be nice to have an explanation of why are production is not the average of the day, week, month, or year; to help ID damage. For example: more cloud cover, storms, snow, etc.

No one to support. App uses chat bot that has simple to follow instructions, but it didn't help me to get the app to display power production. I reset router. I scanned the QR code on the inverter and followed instructions. app says I'm connected, but no data. can't get anyone to help fix this and I've been trying for 3 weeks now. your customer service sucks!
