This has been a very frustrating experience. For the last four days, I have not received any of my ordered items. Every time, the status shows “to be delivered,” but later the order gets refunded instead of being delivered. If customers are not receiving the items they order, then what is the point of using this app? This repeated issue is completely unacceptable and highly disappointing. I trusted this platform to deliver orders properly, but the service has been extremely poor.

Total fraud app. I subscribed to receive 2 packets of milk every day, but the service is highly unreliable. On some days they deliver a completely different product, on other days only 1 packet arrives, and sometimes there is no delivery at all. The customer support experience is even worse. Their agents seem to be busy 24/7, which is understandable given the number of issues customers are likely facing. The app has one basic job to deliver 2 packets of milk daily and they consistently fail todo

Every time I place an order, either I receive defective items, the delivery is missed, or I just get a refund instead of the product. This has been happening repeatedly. I have also subscribed to weekly coconut delivery every Sunday, but I have never received it despite waiting for it every time. I even woke up early expecting the delivery, but nothing arrives. Whenever I raise a complaint, I am told it is a “technical issue.” This response is not acceptable anymore. If it is a technical issue.
