Does its job fine but totally satured with bloat, the app is 834 mb !! I only want to access the settings of my earbuds: i don't want to 'become a superfan' or be part of a 'community', and i really dont want all sorts of ai gadgets. If people want those things, fine, but the i would like to have a lightweight app just to configure settings of my devices and nothing else.

I first downloaded this right after I got my very first Soundcore A20i. I got hooked once I saw that you can edit your controls, EQ and you can find your earbuds if one went missing. It got even better when I got my new R50i NC, where I could adjust the level of Noise Cancellation, actually edit my EQ, make more than one customized EQ preset and save them. Altho, when opening the app for the first time, it feels slow and sluggish. I always have to restart it affer first opening it. Please fix it

it does it's job, sadly, it's kind of annoying having to connect both my laptop and then to my phone just to turn on the "gaming mode" for low latency. No it doesn't apply permanently, you have to manually turn it on whenever you put on your earbuds, I don't know if it's a model feature where lower earbuds like the sound ore R50i NC gets no automatic feature compared to newer models. But if that is the reason then that's terrible and greedy reasoning.
