On the plus side: app works, connects to the streamers, syncs correctly and updates the hardware when needed. However, app is also user unfriendly, doesn't conform to Android standards, is difficult to navigate, takes a while to get used to, doesn't integrate with the musoc widget, doesn't let you control the volume without bringing it in the foreground... Too many downside to let it slide. I wish Linkplay would take this more seriously (or just hire proper UX engineers).

Not integrated in the Android ecosystem at all. Looks like a cheap cross-platform app. Deviates *massively* from Android standards (which exist gor a reason). - 1. App is utterly unfriendly and not intuitive. Really gets some time to get used to. - 2. Unable to control the streamer volume when the app is not in foreground. - 3. Doesn't integrate with the music controller and doesn't show up in notifications. Those are just standard features...

Whenever I'm streaming music through Spotify, after a while, despite the music still playing, the app loses connection with the Wiim device and I'm unable to control the music anymore. When I go on the app, it searches for it, finds it, but says "can't connect." It then goes through a series of troubleshooting steps all of which don't seem to resolve the issue. I end up having to reboot the device every time I listen to music which is really annoying.
