UpCare is an app developed by FizzUp to offer physical activity sessions adapted to the needs and specificities of each individual.

Designed primarily for businesses, associations, federations, and other organizations, UpCare allows their members, employees, or beneficiaries to access sports content created specifically for them.

After entering the access code provided to them, users can immediately find the categories and workouts available to them. The content accessible in the app is fully personalized according to the program defined for their organization: types of activities, categories, levels, and workouts can therefore vary from one organization to another.
