I paid €3.99 for the “No Ads” in-app purchase, but ads are still showing in the game. Edit: I have already been refunded for the “No Ads” in-app purchase. However, the game still shows ads, including ones for horror and adult games, which is shocking and inappropriate for my young daughters. We would like to pay again for a truly ad-free version if this issue can be fixed. ketch app games: please contact me to resolve this issue and provide a safe, working ad-free version.
