The operation of the App is awesome! However, the customer service of Nike is horrible...once the order is placed and then the delivery date is given will change back and forth. So, if you're ordering for a specific date, I would advise you to order weeks earlier because their dates will change up on you. It really amounts to them not mailing it out when they stated that it mailed (aka lies being told)!

Installed the app to take advantage of 10% off first app order. Proceeded through the checkout process including PayPal and after confirming purchase in PayPal the app just went back to the landing page, with no mention of the order I just placed. Nothing in my order history, no messages, no emails. The only evidence of the order I can find is in PayPal, and I was charged the full amount, so 10% discount wasn't applied even though the shoes were full price and not excluded for any reason.

It has never been accurate; for example, based on my most recent order, I purchased a pair of shoes and a crossbody bag on 12 September, which were delivered to my chosen collection point on 15 September. I collected both items on the same day they were ready, and I wore the shoes on 16 and 17 September. Today, 18 September, the Nike app still shows the order as 'Dispatched'. Do you see the inaccuracy and the outdated information here? This is not the first time, though; it happens always.
