All old data is gone! Why wouldn't they just update the app instead of completely wiping out the old one? And if you're going to create a new one, *import our data into the new app* , it's in the same account! Radon fluctuates over time, so basically this is little starting from a brand new device. So disappointing.

For such expensive devices, the data is represented pretty poorly in this app. It provides graphs of air quality over different periods of time, but the most important information, the air quality right now, doesn't match across these graphs and it's hard to tell how recent the results are. I don't know if it's a deficiency of the devices or the app, but so much of the focus seems to be on average air quality over time whereas I care way more about air quality right now.

I find the interaction with cell phones is incomplete. For instance, if you change your phone, the data disappears until you reconnect your new cell to the Airthing... I lost data twice because of that. Another thing, if you read data for a short period, you see the spikes, but if for a long period, you don't see the spikes anymore, i find the spikes super important. one more, if you download the csf file, you need more software to make a graphic out of it, grrrrr
